Nokia Back Up Service

This is an interesting post how to back up all your data on your mobile using the Nokia Pc Suite.

The major issue I see is you have to plug your phone into your computer and have the right cable handy.

An alternative is Zyb which offers a free online back up service which is quickly morphing into a mobile social networking service.

Ah…you can backup Nokia E51 via bluetooth (doing it now to make sure) just slower than USB, saying that ZYB alot more handy as your phone data is available anywhere in the world to you should you lose your device.

If you’re using a Mac you can backup most Nokias over bluetooth without any issue. You can also browse the phone’s memory card and move files around very easily. It may not be as fast as USB, but it’s still fast enough unless you’re really impatient :)
