Director

With 20 years experience at the helm of both established and start-up ventures, Frank's career spans the client-focused world of media & communications - working with The Sunday Tribune, Examiner Publications and Ireland Online - to the challenging role of consultant to the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development in Asia. Frank is a co-founder of Yougetitback.com

Marketing Director

The guiding hand behind Yougetitback.com's public persona, Paul brings a wealth of "Blue-Chip" marketing management experience to our team. He has worked such household names as Heineken, Glanbia and Examiner Publications, and is also the owner of "Wired to the World" Ireland's third largest Internet & Call Shop chain. Paul is a co-founder of Yougetitback.com

Operations Director

With extensive experience in production, IT, operations, logistics and outsourcing gained in the USA, Asia and North Africa, as well as in Ireland with Blarney Woollen Mills and Blarney Castle Knitwear; William's strategically-focused management style is crucial to the smooth running of our domestic and international operations. William is a co-founder of Yougetitback.com

Financial Director

After working as Financial Director with US multinationals Seagate Technology and Summit Technology, Pat founded his own company, Microtech Cleanroom Services, in 1998. Pat became the most recent addition to the management team when he joined earlier this year, bringing his unique blend of accounting and entrepreneurial skills to Yougetitback.com

Michael Madden - Director

Michael is one of the most successful young bankers in Europe. Over four short years he built Renaissance Bank from zero to become the third largest consumer finance bank in Russia. He also built a large base in Ukraine for the bank. A major shareholder in the bank, Michael exited as CEO in late 2007. With over 2 million customers, it is now the third largest Consumer credit bank in the CIS region.
Prior to this key role, Michael was responsible for American Express's relationships with banks in the Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Michael's key role for us is opening doors in the financial community globally and the very large retail community in Europe. His connections in Russia are second to none.

Peter Bermingham - CTO

Peter joined us from Motorola where he was Technical Architect for their 2G networks. Peter previously worked as a Technology leader in Bank of Ireland and Bupa. He has a Masters of Science From UCC focusing on Mobile Applications.

John Collins - CFO

John joined us from Bupa Ireland where he was the founding Financial Controller, serving in that role for 11 years. His career began with Ernst & Young where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Ciaran O'Sullivan - Head of Global Sales

Ciaran joined Yougetitback.com in January 2008 as Vice President Sales USA and is based in our New York office. Ciaran has 10 years experience in software solution sales with StreamServe, Metastorm and Mercator. Prior to Mercator he held the position of VP at Bankers Trust where he was responsible for re-engineering technology and back-office processes.

Lisa Day - Sales and Marketing Director Australia/New Zealand

Lisa earned her bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising and PR in London before working for some of the most recognised media brands worldwide. To date, Lisa has worked over 10 years in the media industry in sales and leadership roles in the UK, France and Australia.

Trevor Healy

Trevor is CEO of Jajah one of Silicon Valley's most exciting early stage businesses. In 2007 the company raised $28m in funding from Intel, Deutsche Telecom and Venture Capital firms. The company recently signed a deal with Yahoo providing telecoms services for 93 million subscribers.
Trevor was employee number two in the states for Trintech. His career took him on to GM of a division of Verisign, and then to a Senior VP position with PayPal. Trevor is a graduate of University of Limerick.
Trevor's key role for the company will be building our relationships with the investment community on the West Coast. He is also opening doors for us to some of the largest corporations on the planet.

Larry O'Dwyer

Larry O'Dwyer is Head of Audit for Ernst & Young's regional practice. He has been with the firm since 1977 and a partner since 1989. As Audit Engagement Partner in the Cork office, he works with a wide variety of clients, including Irish private and semi-State companies and multinationals. He has also worked extensively with agricultural co-operatives.
Prior to joining Ernst & Young, Larry spent three years with an international accounting practice in Canada. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and former Chairman of the Cork Society of Chartered Accountants and of the Munster Society of Chartered Accountants. He is currently a member of the Evaluation Committee of the South Cork Enterprise Board.

Ron Immink

Ron is CEO of Bookbuzz, a rapidly growing Executive learning programme. Prior to this he transformed Invent from incubator to the commercialisation gateway for Dublin City University. He is a well published author on entrepreneurship with extensive business development experience in consultancy and training in entrepreneurship and venture creation, working for organisations such as EBRD/OECD/ILO in USA, Europe and in emerging economies.

Liavan Mallin

In recognition of her many accomplishments, Liavan was named 1995 Businesswoman of The Year by Veuve Cliquot, and in 2000 was recognized as a Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.
Ms. Mallin launched her business career in 1987 by founding an innovative retail group that became the leading mail order company in Ireland. By the time she sold the company in 1997, Shopdirect employed 8,000 agents throughout Ireland, and was the clear market leader in its field.
Liavan co-founded Onemade.com, an online retailer of arts, antiques and crafts based in Saratoga, New York. It was recently sold to America Online.

Robert O'Donovan

Robert is Senior Director, Asia Pacific Japan for EMC Corporation. A Chartered Accountant, he has held numerous key roles for the company including most recently Financial Director for EMC in this region.

Deirdre Giblin

Deirdre served as International HR Director for Flextronics, the world's leading outsourcing partner. She is a lecturer in the field of Human Relations and a consultant with numerous organisations and companies including Enterprise Ireland.
