Pat Lynch - Director, CEO

Pat is a well known entrepreneur in Munster. He served as Financial Director for Seagate in Ireland. Subsequently he served on a number of boards and launched a number of highly successful businesses including Cleanroom Services and TICN (The Investment Club Network). Pat is a Chartered Accountant and also holds an MBA.
Pat's key role continues to be opening and maintaining a significant investment community locally. He has been an important mentor to the management team and that role will also continue.

Owen Curtin - Director, Chairman

Having received his Bachelor of Commerce from University College Cork, Owen went on to become involved in a number of leading Irish Companies, particularly in the health care industry.
With over 35 years experience in business Owen brings a wealth of knowledge to Yougetitback and has been instrumental in its progress over the past number of years.

Paul Prendergast - Head of Sales & Co-Founder

Paul has a business degree from University College Cork, is a serial entrepeneur and has been involved in retail, services, web and publishing start ups over the past 10 years.
Paul had the initial idea for yougetitback and is responsible for sales,marketing and product management.

William Fitzgerald - Director, COO, Founder

With extensive experience in production, IT, operations, logistics and outsourcing gained in the USA, Asia and North Africa, as well as in Ireland with Blarney Woollen Mills and Blarney Castle Knitwear; William's strategically-focused management style is crucial to the smooth running of our domestic and international operations.

Michael Madden - Director

Michael is one of the most successful young bankers in Europe. Over four short years he built Renaissance Bank from zero to become the third largest consumer finance bank in Russia. He also built a large base in Ukraine for the bank. A major shareholder in the bank, Michael exited as CEO in late 2007. With over 2 million customers, it is now the third largest Consumer credit bank in the CIS region.
Prior to this key role, Michael was responsible for American Express's relationships with banks in the Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Michael's key role for us is opening doors in the financial community globally and the very large retail community in Europe. His connections in Russia are second to none.

Peter Bermingham - CTO

Peter joined us from Motorola where he was Technical Architect for their 2G networks. Peter previously worked as a Technology leader in Bank of Ireland and Bupa. He has a Masters of Science From UCC focusing on Mobile Applications.
