Limited Returns and Refunds Policy

Introduction



Under law, all consumers who purchase goods through the internet have a right to cancel
such contracts with giving a reason within seven days from the date the contract was formed
(in the case of contracts for services) and within seven days from the date the goods
are delivered to the consumer (in the case of goods). However, this "cooling off" period
does not apply in respect of contracts for the provision of services where the service has
already commenced. This means that once you activate your Tag the cooling off period will
not apply and you will not be able to cancel your contract. However, you are entitled to
return Tags which have not been activated to us within the cooling off period and the
contact between you and us will be cancelled. We will refund you the amount paid for the
relevant Tag, however, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the Tag.



YOUGETITBACK LIMITED ("we" or "us") offers a limited returns and refunds policy to
customers ("you" or "your") in respect of the tags (the "Tags") that we sell through our
website, www.yougetitback.com. We have no responsibility for returns or refunds policy in
respect of any other goods, including goods which you have purchased with a Tag. If for any
reason you want to get a refund in respect of such goods that then you should contact the
retailer of that good directly. We have no responsibility in relation to such goods and will
under no circumstances accept returns of such goods or provide any refunds.
